Who we are

Who's Pepper is run by Who's Pepper LTD. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at woof@whospepper.com.

The newsletter

If you sign up to The Big Dog Letter we collect your email address and which page and link brought you there. We use your email only to send you the newsletter, which is free and may sometimes mention what we sell. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.

The owner survey

If you take our survey we collect your answers about your dog (weight band, age, what you've noticed and tried, format and price preferences, what would make you try a new brand and what you'd like to read), anything you write in your own words, your email and first name if you give them, and the choices you tick: the newsletter and a research chat. Email is only needed if you tick a box. We also record which page and link brought you there (for example a Facebook group post). Please don't include other people's names or personal details in your written answer.

We use your answers to decide what to make, how to price it and how to describe it, and your email only for the options you ticked: sending the newsletter or arranging a chat. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)). We keep survey answers for 12 months after you send them, then delete them or keep them only in anonymous form.

Who processes your data

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. Survey answers are kept for the period above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, and object to how we use it. Email woof@whospepper.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
